The Glass Venue is a purpose-built event property in the Horse Country pocket of west Miami-Dade, about fifteen minutes from Miami International Airport and a long way in feel from the city's hotel ballrooms. The idea is in the name: the cocktail and reception buildings are wrapped in floor-to-ceiling glass, so the grounds stay in view from every seat and the rooms hold daylight until the sun drops. Ceremonies happen outdoors on an elevated stage set against a 100-foot cascading waterfall planted with koi and tropical aquascape, with room for up to 400 standing or 350 seated. Guests then cross a bridge over the koi ponds into the reception hall, where 17-foot ceilings and glass walls seat up to 250 for dinner. A private bridal suite with its own bedroom, bathroom and vanity area sits on site, and the rental includes valet, staffing, liability insurance, a backup generator and cleaning rather than adding them later. The venue runs as an all-inclusive package — catering, bar, florals, DJ, planning and rentals under one contract — but couples can book the venue and bar alone, or take a credit toward a planner or florist they already have.

Sunset times are calculated for this venue's coordinates, shown in EDT for the 15th of each month in 2026. Golden hour is the 60 minutes before sunset. The ceremony start is my rule of thumb — about 2 hours before sunset, so a short ceremony and family photos still leave the two of you in golden light. Adjust it to your own timeline. Average temperatures and rainfall are NOAA 1991–2020 normals from MIAMI NWSFO, 2.4 miles away.
Amenities & Inclusions
Catering
In-house catering from $45 per person off-peak with a $4,500 minimum spend; outside licensed and insured caterers are also permitted
Bar / Alcohol
Bar service included in the package — a five-hour house bar, one bartender per 50 guests, signature cocktails and a Prosecco toast; otherwise handled through your licensed, insured caterer
Music Curfew
11:00 PM
Vendors
All-inclusive package built on vetted partner vendors; bring your own planner or florist and the venue offers a credit, and a venue-and-bar-only booking is available
Rain Backup Plan
The cocktail and reception buildings are enclosed and air-conditioned, and the venue describes the site as fully covered — a ceremony can move indoors without losing the glass walls or the garden view
Hurricane Season Note
June–November. The site is inland in west Miami-Dade rather than on the coast, and every space but the ceremony area is enclosed and air-conditioned, so the weather risk is to the outdoor ceremony rather than to the day
Verify Before You Book
Still to confirm with the venue: rental hours included, whether setup is allowed the day before, and which way the ceremony stage faces for sunset. Pricing here is the published 2025 listing — $6,900 rental off-peak and $7,900 peak, catering from $45pp with a $4,500 minimum — and should be reconfirmed before quoting it to a couple.
